This piece was inspired by a Falon who sat outside my window in the neighborhood of little Italy in Chicago, Illinois. He had no fear, no worry and seemed to be curious when I would come up close to him, despite having never met me before. If a small little bird can show trust in his neighbor, why can’t we?
